Kaijah Wilson is an accomplished business owner. She worked in retail management for many years opening and operating million-dollar businesses before taking that knowledge and opening her own. At the age of 27 she opened her very first daycare center. Since launching her first business she left a major impact on the community - providing jobs, childcare and assistance for families in need. She has now been in business 5 years and proudly operates 7 centers and counting. She has a diverse professional background with knowledge in retail management, business ownership and cosmetology. Once her daycare centers became self sufficient, she branched out on a new business venture in the beauty industry. In addition to still running her daycare centers, Kaijah is also scaling one of the fastest growing, customer service-focused beauty supply stores in the Chicago area. She was determined to create a beauty store experience that gave women of color a pleasant shopping experience that catered to their needs and most common questions.
